Spring 2012 Barberton Youth Soccer Association

Registration Instructions
Children can register in two ways, either during an in-person registration session or by mail. Download and complete the downloadable registration form. First time players should include a copy of their birth certificate. Registrants for the Greater Akron Amateur Soccer Association (GAASA) U9-U14 leagues should include a picture the size of a driver's license photograph. Mail these items and the fees to the address below.

Deadlines

Fees by league
Make checks payable to Barberton Youth Soccer Association.

 Instructional (4-5 years old):          $30 which includes a t-shirt
DD (6-8 years old):                          $40 (does not include $30 uniform fee, if required)
GAASA U9-U14 (8-14 years old):     $65 (does not include $50 uniform fee, if required)

Registration Discounts
Register 2 players from the same household and save $5.00 off the family total.
Register 3 or more players and save $10.00 off the family total.
