SPRING 2010 registration
Registration has started for the Spring 2010 season.
Registration Instructions
Download and complete the downloadable registration form. First time players should include a copy of their birth certificate. Registrants for the U9-U14 leagues should include a picture the size of a driver's license photograph. Mail these items and the fees to the address below.

Make checks payable to Barberton Youth Soccer Association.
Instructional (4-5 years old): $20
DD (6-7 years old): $30 (does not include $25 uniform fee, if required)
GAASA U9-U14 (8-14 years old): $65 (does not include $55 uniform fee, if required)
Discounts
Register for Instructional or DD by 1Dec2009 and receive a $5 discount for each player.
Register for U9-U14 by 1Dec2009 and reveive a $10 discount for each player.
Register 2 players and save $5.00 off the family total.
Register 3 or more players and save $10.00 off the family total.
Equipment
Instructional: #3 soccer ball, shin guards, optional cleats
DD: #4 soccer ball, shin guards, cleats
